Fitness and FUN!

As Irish dancers, our work is core-centred.

The maintenance of a still upper body while executing amazing feats of athleticism with the lower body is the hallmark of Irish dance.

This program is specifically designed for our students to develop core stability, strengthen the musculature of the spine, increase balance, and employ breathing techniques. This workshop is lead by guest instructor Ryann Pinkerton and is integrated into each of our classes.
